We planted our garden a little late this year, but it's finally starting to take off!
Before I know it I'll have pumpkins, sweet peas, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, and corn coming out of our ears! {lol}
Our zucchini will probably be the first things ready to pick.

I plan on grating and freezing a lot of it so I have it around all year to make one of my family's favorite treats!

Zucchini Bread!
Here's our yummy recipe:
Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
1 C vegetable oil
2 C sugar
2 C grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups flour
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Bake @ 325 degrees in two loaf pans for 60-70 minutes.
